1. What Vaultly is
A document expiry tracking service. We remind you before documents expire. We are not a legal service, financial advisor, or insurance broker.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when signing up
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
- You must be 18 or older to use Vaultly
3. Acceptable use
- Use Vaultly for legitimate personal or household document tracking
- Do not upload documents belonging to others without their consent
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the service
4. Our responsibilities
- We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available
- We will send reminders as scheduled, but cannot guarantee delivery due to factors outside our control (spam filters, email provider issues)
- We are not liable for any losses arising from missed renewals, even if a reminder was not delivered
5. Pricing and billing
- Free tier is free forever, within its limits
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
- You can cancel at any time; no refunds for partial periods
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email if changes are material. Continued use after notification = acceptance.
